Welcome to Aerial Athlete Base: A structured 12 month cross-training system for aerialists who want to get stronger off-apparatus, focusing on strength, mobility, stability and control.
You understand you need to strength train, and you know you need to be doing things outside the studio, but it can feel incredibly overwhelming to even know where to start. There is SO much information online. So I’m here to take the guess work away.
I wanted to build something that blends strength training, mobility training, prehab, stability work and motor control training into a program that is designed to support aerialists long term, and create an unshakeable physical foundation.
Because this work and building a strong base takes time.

I’ve been coaching since August 2011, and my goal to help as many people as possible move well and feel good in their bodies hasn’t changed.
My focus now is supporting aerialists, bringing my expertise in program design and strength and conditioning into everything I create. I want aerialists to understand they can train this amazing sport for life, with the right physical training tools to support their aerial practice.
I take away the stress of having to figure it all out yourself, and create programming that actually feels good and supports real humans. I’ll be with you every step of the way, and can’t wait to meet you!

Because this is cross training and it starts off with foundational work, this program is suitable for all levels of aerialist! Whether you’re relatively new to aerial or you’ve been training for a while but haven’t tried cross training before, this is the perfect place to start.

You can follow the program at the gym or at home. But you will need access to some equipment at home since this is not an equipment-free program.

A pull up bar or something to hang from
Gymnastics rings (If you’re training at home and don’t have a way to adjust height)

Absolutely. This is supplemental training and assumes you’re already doing aerial. If you need help with the best way to combine this with what you’re already doing just drop me an email and I’ll help you out.

Currently this program is inside of my online course platform, so you’ll access it through a web browser. But the program is super easy to access and use from your mobile phone.

Yes! While this isn’t 1:1 coaching, you can reach out for coaching support and ask questions via email.
Please note, there is no video feedback or form checking within this program.

This is a subscription based program with coaching support. So you have access for as long as you choose to stay in the program.

No, please don’t sign up if you’re currently injured. This program is perfect to start after completing rehab under the care of your medical professional. But if you are dealing with an injury, that needs to be focused on first.

Yes, the training should be fine as long as you’re moving through ranges of motion you can control. If you need help or advice with modifications you can simply reach out via email.

There is no personalisation in this program, it’s already built using exercises that are suitable for all levels of aerialist.

This is pre-made programming, so it’s already built and delivered as individual training sessions using written instructions and detailed video tutorials.
There is no live coaching as part of this program, meaning you can easily fit the training into your schedule, and can participate from anywhere in the world. -
I hope you love the training, but if you need to cancel you can do that at any time inside the program.
Please note, cancelling does note mean you will be refunded for the previous payment, it just means you won’t continue being charged.

1. Agreement
By purchasing and participating in Aerial Athlete Base, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use the program.
The Membership is operated by Verity B Coaching ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Membership Services
The Membership provides access to online cross-training programming, educational resources, and related content designed to support aerialists in their strength and conditioning training.
Membership features may evolve over time and may include, but are not limited to:
Progressive strength and conditioning programs
Video demonstrations and tutorials
Educational materials
Email support for training-related questions
Additional resources and bonus content
We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or remove content as the Membership develops.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing plan selected at checkout.
By enrolling, you authorize the Company and its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all recurring fees.
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation:
Your Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be collected.
Access to Membership content will end once your current billing period expires.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to proprietary content, all Membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Failure to use the Membership does not entitle a member to a refund.
6. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Participation in any exercise program carries inherent risks.
By participating in the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity.
You are responsible for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program if necessary.
You understand that exercise carries risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, or death.
You assume full responsibility for your participation and any resulting outcomes.

7. Assumption of Risk
You understand that aerial arts, strength training, mobility training, and conditioning exercises involve inherent risks.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the exercises, programs, and recommendations provided through the Membership.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Participation in the Membership
Use or misuse of the training programs
Reliance on information provided through the Membership
Technical interruptions or service outages
Participation is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All Membership content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Training programs
Videos
Educational materials
Written content
Downloads
Graphics and branding
Membership content is licensed to the individual purchaser only.
You may not:
Share your login credentials
Reproduce or distribute Membership content
Sell, sublicense, or republish Membership materials
Upload Membership content to public websites or social media
Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of Membership access without refund.
10. Member Conduct
Members agree to interact respectfully with the Company.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the Membership without refund.
11. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Membership access if:
These Terms are violated
Payment fails and is not resolved
Fraudulent activity is suspected
A member engages in conduct that harms the Membership or its participants
12. No Guarantees
While we aim to help members improve their strength, conditioning, and performance, individual results vary.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including strength gains, skill achievements, injury prevention, or performance improvements.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication within the Membership platform or website.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
