Built for aerialists by a professional aerial coach.

Welcome to Aerial Athlete Base: A structured 12 month cross-training system for aerialists who want to get stronger off-apparatus, focusing on strength, mobility, stability and control.

You understand you need to strength train, and you know you need to be doing things outside the studio, but it can feel incredibly overwhelming to even know where to start. There is SO much information online. So I’m here to take the guess work away.

I wanted to build something that blends strength training, mobility training, prehab, stability work and motor control training into a program that is designed to support aerialists long term, and create an unshakeable physical foundation.

Because this work and building a strong base takes time.

So if you feel like:

❌ You have no idea what will actually help your aerial

❌ You’re afraid of getting injured if you push too hard in your aerial sessions or constantly dealing with niggles

❌ You’ve hit a plateau and don’t know how to move training forwards

❌ You have been trying to achieve the same aerial skills for months and are seeing any progress

Then this program and membership is for you.

You’ll have everything clearly laid out for every single session so you know what you’re doing will actually move the needle.

What’s included?

✅ Progressive programming that builds over 12 months, taking into consideration the athletic needs if aerialists, and with a focus on strength, mobility, stability and control

✅ A 2-3 day split across each week, with efficient 30-45 minute sessions that can easily fit alongside your current training

✅ Set and rep ranges giving you flexibility to adjust your program based on what you need each session

✅ Detailed video tutorials for every exercise so you can easily learn movements, understand what cues are important to focus on, and know you’re training safely

✅ Expert coaching support from a professional aerial coach - yes, there is a real human on the other side of your questions!

✅ A plan that you can trust, so you can free up head space and focus on your aerial with the knowledge you’re building a body to support it

Here’s what the program focuses on:

  • Bent arm pulling and pushing strength

  • Straight arm pulling and pushing strength

  • Lower body strength and mobility

  • Core and compression training

  • Shoulder and scapula stability

  • Prehab for the upper body

  • Mobility and end range strength for the whole body

  • Explosive power and plyometrics

Yes, it’s possible to cover all of these things in a program over a long enough period of time! Ready to get super strong and mobile to support your aerial goals? Sign up below. 👇
