In Person Coaching
I offer one on one coaching, small group coaching, and I run regular specialised workshops.
Work with me in person.
I offer 1:1 and 2:1 coaching sessions, tailored to your individual training goals. I primarily teach hand balancing, but can help with other fitness goals. Whether you want to improve flexibility and mobility, build strength, or you’re looking to rehab an injury, I can support your goals.
I run my in person coaching at the beautiful Lift Fitness in central Cambridge, a PT only gym dedicated to PT’s and their clients.
