Welcome to Aerial Athlete!
Why I Created Aerial Athlete… This program was created to empower you to build the strength and skill you need to thrive in your aerial practice. It's here because I believe every aerialist deserves to feel confident, capable, and clear in their training journey.
You deserve strength training that’s accessible and supportive of your unique body.
You deserve guidance that actually helps you make progress toward the skills that matter most to you.
You deserve a path that feels doable, inspiring, and built to help you grow — whether you’ve been training for two years or ten.
This is your invitation to move past plateaus and into real, lasting progress. ✨
If you want to build strength in a way that feels good for your body, unlock skills that seem out of reach, and level up your training in a progressive and clear way, this program is for you.
This is not a generic, cookie cutter approach. I tailor every single individual coaching program to the aerialist. I work with the whole human. You’ll receive the steps you need to safely and successfully start working towards your aerial goals. You’ll also get expert coaching support every step of the way. No guessing, just a clear plan and guidance.
This is how I’ve helped hundreds of clients over the years to build stronger and more capable bodies to support the skills and the training they care about. I draw on my background in calisthenics and mobility training to break down strength training and skills in the most straightforward and progressive manner.
The outcome? You’ll complete the program having achieved:
More strength, control and mobility
New skills or at least a good chunk of progress towards those skills
A much better understanding of how to train without overtraining, burnout or overwhelm
If this sounds like this could be for you, here’s what awaits you inside the Aerial Athlete coaching program:
#1 Tailored Programming
I built out your training program based on your specific goals and where you’re currently at physically. I program in 4 week blocks. This ensures that your program evolves with your progress.
My tailored programs are delivered in an easy to use coaching app, so you can train anywhere, and when it’s convenient for you. Sets, reps, time and rest are all laid out for you. Every single exercise has a tutorial that I’ve made so that I know you’re being coached by me, and learning from the cues I use to successfully teach movements.
#2 Weekly Email Check Ins
These are sent out every Monday, and are a really nice reminder that you have me by your side supporting you. I use these emails to help keep clients on track and focused, as well as celebrating wins.
I want clients to know they’re always doing well just by showing up, and learning to celebrate big and small wins allows you to feel a better sense of progress and accomplishment. So we celebrate wins every single week!
#3 1:1 Coaching Support with Verity
When you first sign up, we’ll connect on Telegram. You’ll have access to Monday - Friday. We chat here and I help you work through the program. I am available for any questions, for discussions, and for coaching which I do via video feedback.
How does it work?
Once you’ve signed up you’ll fill out a form with all the info needed to create your personalised training program. This will include getting info on where you’re currently at, what your goals are, and some videos to demonstrate your current level.
This is a 12 week program, but you receive training 4 weeks at a time. This is to ensure that what you’re working on is exactly what you need, and adjusted at the rate of your progress.
Each training block is 4 weeks long and you’ll get a feedback form at the end of each block. This is also where you can share videos of your progress, along with giving plenty of input into how you’ve got on and what you want moving forwards.
Why 12 weeks long?
Training goals to take time and consistency to achieve. We offer 12 week blocks of programming because this is the minimum amount of time we recommend to commit to a training goal, especially if it’s skill based. Some skills take months to nail, others take years. By committing to 12 weeks, you’ll start to see progress and get a better understanding of how to reach your long terms goals.

FAQ’s
-
No, I can accommodate any level, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I’ll assess you based on the first form you fill out and create your program around where you’re currently at.
-
This will be entirely goal dependant, but likely yes. I can tailor your training to accommodate what you have access to, so you don’t have to always have access to aerial equipment. But you’ll get more from the program with a home set up or access to a gym for the majority of skills/strength building goals in aerial.
-
If you’re not an aerialist but you’re interested in working with me, please get in touch via the contact form. Let me know what your goals are and what you’d like help with and we can see if we’d be a good fit.
-
Sometimes life happens and we get sick or extremely busy. If this happens and you miss a week or so we’re here to help you get back to your program. Unfortunately it’s not possible to predict disruptions to our training, and so we want to normalise this and that it’s part of the process, and support our students in returning to training after a break.
-
You’ll get an email with an invite to an app. You should be able to access this on any device with a browser and internet. If you need to access the program offline there is an option to download the programming into a pdf for each training session.
-
I don’t offer refunds on this coaching program.
