Welcome to Aerial Athlete!
Bespoke 1:1 online coaching for intermediate-advanced level aerialists who want to ditch the guesswork, train with intention, support their body and practice aerial for the long run. 🥳
Why I Created Aerial Athlete… This 13 week program was created to empower you to build the strength and skill you need to thrive in your aerial practice. It's here because I believe every aerialist deserves to feel confident, capable, and clear in their training journey.
You deserve strength training that’s accessible and supportive of your unique body.
You deserve guidance that actually helps you make progress toward the skills that matter most to you.
You deserve a path that feels doable, inspiring, and built to help you grow — whether you’ve been training for two years or ten.
This is your opportunity to move past plateaus and into real, lasting progress.
If you want to build strength in a way that feels good for your body, unlock skills that seem out of reach, and level up your training in a progressive and clear way, this program is for you.
It is not a generic, cookie cutter approach. I tailor every single individual coaching program to the aerialist. I work with the whole human. You’ll receive the steps you need to safely and successfully start working towards your aerial goals. You’ll also get expert coaching support every step of the way. No guessing, just a clear plan and guidance.
This is how I’ve helped hundreds of clients over the years to build stronger and more capable bodies to support the skills and the training they care about. I draw on my background in calisthenics and mobility training to break down strength training and skills in the most straightforward and progressive manner.
The outcome? You’ll complete the program having achieved:
More strength, control and mobility
New skills or at least a good chunk of progress towards those skills
A much better understanding of how to train without overtraining, burnout or overwhelm
If this sounds like this could be for you, here’s what awaits you inside the Aerial Athlete coaching program:
#1 Assessment
Possibly the most important part of our work together. I will assess where you’re currently at in relation to the skills you’re trying to achieve. I’ll look at exactly what’s missing and what needs to be worked on in order to move forwards towards your goals. I will give you a detailed break down of this covering anatomy, biomechanics and movement technique.
#2 Tailored Programming
I build out your training program based on your specific goals and where you’re currently at physically. I program the 12 weeks in 4 week blocks. This ensures that your program evolves with your progress.
My tailored programs are delivered in an easy to use coaching app, so you can train anywhere, and when it’s convenient for you. Sets, reps, time and rest are all laid out for you. Every single exercise has a tutorial that I’ve made so that I know you’re being coached by me, and learning from the cues I use to successfully teach movements.
#3 1:1 Coaching Support with Verity
When you first sign up, we’ll connect on Telegram. You’ll have access through the week. We chat here and I help you work through the program. I am available for any questions, for discussions, and for coaching which I do via video feedback.
What kind of goals can Aerial Athlete help you with?
I have been coaching for over 14 years and have an extensive background in personal training, strength and conditioning and mobility training, plus aerial and hand balancing. Aerial Athlete is for goals that fall into the following categories:
Cross training for aerial if you know you need to build strength to support your practice
Strength and conditioning for aerial for skill acquisition - I’ve coached aerialists on a range of skills like straight arm inverts, pull ups, roll ups, meathooks and single arm hangs, different beats, pullovers and more.
Handstands: learning to handstand, improving your handstand, working towards more advanced skills like press handstand (an important skill to train if you’re an aerialist
Mobility: general or specific mobility goals for your aerial
Nervous system and body control development

How does it work?
Once you’ve signed up you’ll fill out a form with all the info needed to create your personalised training program. This will include getting info on where you’re currently at, what your goals are, and videos for assessment demonstrating your current level.
This is a 12 week program, split into 4 week blocks. You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback in Week’s 4 and 8 which helps us to look at progress, and assess if any changes are needed.
Why 12 weeks long?
Training goals take time and consistency to achieve. This program is 12 weeks because this is the minimum amount of time I’d recommend to commit to a training goal, especially if it’s skill based. Some skills take months to nail, others take years. By committing to 12 weeks, you’ll start to see progress and get a better understanding of how to reach your long terms goals.
Program investment:
This coaching is priced for the level of tailored programming, weekly check-ins and access to expert coaching, and detailed video feedback you receive. It’s a premium, hands-on experience designed for serious aerialists who want to take their training to the next level. There are two options depending on the level of support you want!
This coaching program takes all of the guess work out of your training. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, scared of getting injured, or just tired of trying things that don’t work and not seeing progress, you don’t have to keep struggling. I’ll be supporting you every step of the way!

It depends on the level of support. If you know you can train no problem, are confident in your ability to self coach and assess, the Lite version is a great option.
If you want more hands on support, want more accountability and coaching, the full program would be best. -
This will be entirely goal dependant, but likely yes. I can tailor your training to accommodate what you have access to, so you don’t have to always have access to aerial equipment. But you’ll get more from the program with a home set up or access to a gym for the majority of skills/strength building goals in aerial.
-
This depends on your schedule and how much time you want to spend training. Ultimately you get to decide. I recommend between 2-4 days per week for 45 minutes to an hour for best results.
-
If you’re not an aerialist but you’re interested in working with me, please get in touch via the contact form. Let me know what your goals are and what you’d like help with and we can see if we’d be a good fit.

Sometimes life happens and we get sick or extremely busy. If this happens and you miss a week or so we’re here to help you get back to your program. Unfortunately it’s not possible to predict disruptions to our training, and so we want to normalise this and that it’s part of the process, and support our students in returning to training after a break.
-
You’ll get an email with an invite to an app. You should be able to access this on any device with a browser and internet. If you need to access the program offline there is an option to download the programming into a pdf for each training session.
