Welcome to Strength For Aerial Mini Program: A self paced mini program for the aerialist who want to get strong and reduce the risk of injury, without overcomplicating training.

What previous students think of the mini program: “Thank you so much for sharing these. The training is really accessible with progressions and regressions. You explain things so clearly and how they link to aerial. I've enjoyed following along and will be incorporating these into my training. Thank you.

Learn how to cross train off the apparatus to build strength in a way that supports your body, and creates more longevity in your practice.

If you’re an aerialist and you struggle with:

  • Knowing what cross-training is actually helpful with all the different exercises out there

  • Feeling like no matter how hard you train, you’re not progressing or keeping up with your peers

  • Hitting plateaus and not knowing how to move through them

  • Feeling close to injuries or always dealing with niggles

Then this mini program is for you!

Here’s what the mini program will cover:

Basic Foundational Functional Movement

Cross training isn’t rocket science, and I’m not here to reinvent the wheel. The simplest functional movements are what create the best results, so you can expect to see movements like squats, push ups and pull ups!

Simple Programming

To make this as easy to implement as possible, each training session is clearly and simply laid out. You have a warm up, strength movements, followed by conditioning and a bit of flexibility. Sets, reps and time are all laid out for you removing the guess work!

Detailed Tutorials

I guide you through each movement with tutorials, so you can learn technique and see exactly what to focus on for each exercise.

Who this course is for?

I designed this for aerialists who feel like strength is lacking for specific skills or goals that they’re working towards.

- So if you feel training strength is not accessible…

- If you want to improve your level of full body strength but you don’t have the information or know what will be most useful to focus on…

- If you want to help avoid the risk of injury, and feel stronger and more confident in the air…
