Welcome to Aerial Movement Bites: A self paced program giving you bite size training sessions to fit into your week!

What should you do if you want to train but only have 10 minutes? A small amount of movement is often better than nothing, and so I built this program for just that. If you’re suddenly crazy busy, or you have a week with low energy, or you’re traveling/on holiday, these sessions allow you to get a small bit of training in just 10-15 minutes in that’s designed to support your body and your aerial.

Here’s what the program includes:

  • Bitesize movement sessions - these are follow along so you can get them done no problem

  • Additional written instructions - for if you want to make the workout slightly longer

  • Clear guidance on how to fit this into your schedule - so you’re not left guessing how to get the most from the program

  • A range of different movement themes to choose from - so you can decide what to work on based on how you feel and your goals!

This is for you if:

  • You’re an aerialist with a busy schedule and want the option of quick sessions to supplement your training with

  • You want to learn how to effectively train in bite sized sessions

  • You know that shorter sessions would allow you to train more regularly through the week!

This program is suitable for anyone who’s been training aerial at least 6 months or already has a movement background.
